Encore Communications tears up the competition to work with digital communication specialist
February 22, 2016
Encore Communications has won a new contract with a global paperless communications specialist.
Striata, a company headquartered in New York City, with operations in Johannesburg, Hong Kong, Sydney and London, appointed Encore Communications to handle its UK marketing campaign after a three-way pitch.
Encore Communications will work with Striata to launch its Secure Document Repository (SDR) solution, which provides a fast and secure platform to enable access to electronic documents online, into the UK marketplace.
Striata, whose clients include Barclays, Plymouth Rock and Diners Club International, helps organisations and businesses increase their customers’ take up of paperless bills, statements, policies and marketing documents.
Elizabeth Laidler, managing director of Encore Communications, said: “The digital communications revolution is making great changes to the way companies communicate with their customers and Striata is at the forefront of that revolution.
“This contract win follows hot on the heels of our appointment with digital investigations company Netwatch and is an exciting step forward for Encore Communications as we continue to build our portfolio of international clients.
Alison Treadaway, director at Striata, said: “We appointed Encore Communications to spread the word about our new, highly secure document storage and retrieval solution as their pitch clearly demonstrated their understanding of the market and UK media scene.
“We believe we can assist organisations to meet their digital transformation targets, whether they are committing to environmental, compliance or data protection goals. We’re pleased to have Encore’s support in delivering our message to businesses throughout this key market.”
Encore Communications was founded in March 2009 and now operates as a virtual agency, bringing together teams of senior marketing and creative professionals to offer clients a full range of marketing communication services. For further information, visit www.encore-communications.co.uk
